We install irrigation and outdoor lighting across Boone, Kenton, Campbell, Hamilton and Clermont Counties — and then we keep looking after it, which is the part most people care about eighteen months later.
Neighbors, not a big-box company
We are a small company that would rather do fewer jobs properly than as many as possible. Our crew lives and works here, so the number on this site reaches someone local rather than a call center, and the person who quotes your job is connected to the person who does it.
In practice that shows up in small ways. We cut sod and trench rather than running a vibratory plow through a lawn, because the lawn knits back together instead of scarring. We fine-tune lighting after dark, with the system on, because that is the only time you can judge it. Neither is the fastest way to work.

What we use, and why
Irrigation goes in with Hydrawise Wi-Fi controllers, durable PVC piping and long-lasting heads. The controller matters more than people expect: a schedule that can be changed from a phone actually gets changed with the season, and one that lives on a box in the garage usually does not.
Lighting runs on low-voltage wiring with LED fixtures chosen for a long service life in the weather here. Lifetime fixture warranty options are available on select fixtures, and we will tell you exactly which fixtures your quote covers before any work starts.
We also work on systems we did not install, on all major brands including Hunter and Rain Bird. A good share of what we do is sorting out somebody else's work.
How we quote
We come out and look. Cost depends far more on the layout of a yard than its size — bed shapes, slope, sun and water pressure all decide how many zones it takes — so a number over the phone would be a guess dressed up as a quote.
Estimates are free, there is no pressure attached to them, and we reply to most requests usually within 1 business day. If a repair makes more sense than a replacement, we will say so.
