What we collect

If you fill in a quote form on this site we collect your name, phone number, the address or ZIP code of the property, which service you are asking about, and your email address if you choose to give one. You can also tell us anything else you want us to know, in your own words.

We do not ask for payment details, and you should never send them through this site.

What we do with it

We use it to answer your request: to call or email you back, to work out whether the property is in our service area, and to prepare a quote. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone else for their own marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are handled by Netlify, the service that hosts this website, and are sent on to us by email. This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and which of them lead to enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we may reasonably need them for the job and our own records. If you would like us to delete yours, ask and we will.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies of its own. Analytics may set a cookie to recognise a returning visit. Your browser can block or clear these at any time.
